The crane’s long neck is curved back against its body, and its yellow beak points left. Its left wing is lifted high above its body, exposing layers of soft feathers, while its right wing is angled below its body. On the upper right corner, thin, translucent gray strands of feathers extend from the bird’s body. Its long dark gray legs splay downward, revealing sharp talons.
