Anhinga, The Devil Snakebird!

An anhinga is perched among tree limbs in this eye-level full shot. The bird has a long, slender, tan-colored neck that curves gently to the right, topped with a small head and a thin, pointed beak. Its feathers appear to be a mixture of dark black and tan, with the tan feathers concentrated along the front of its chest, while the black feathers have distinct white markings and dominate its back and tail.
